What are ways to pay you?
Unless otherwise arranged, payment in full is due at the beginning of each session. Payment can be made by personal check made out to “Thomas Moore, LCSW.”

I prefer payment via Zelle. Payment can be sent directly to my Citibank account that’s identified by my cell phone number: 917-821-1169
Venmo
Payments can be sent directly to my Venmo account:

PayPal
I accept online payment through PayPal. I will email you an invoice and you can pay through your PayPal account.

Do you take insurance?
I don’t take insurance directly and provide all my patients with insurance statements for their Out-Of-Network Behavioral Health coverage. Depending on the policy, once the deductible is met, patients should receive reimbursement of between 50% and 90%.
