Thomas Moore, LCSW, Board Certified Diplomate, has been the Administrative Director, Business & Clinical Operations of One Source Employee Assistance Program Services, a therapy & consultation outpatient service of RWJBarnabas Health system for over 25 years.
In that role, I’ve provided video and onsite management consultations to over 40 companies to analyze workplace problems and offer solutions. Most recently, I provided coaching, training, and programmatic services to medical and pharmacy residency programs to help them comply with ACGME and ASHP Common Program Requirements to support the well-being of their post-doctoral residents.
