Individual & Couples Therapy,
Executive & Life Coaching.
The goal of all therapy and coaching is to learn how to take the best care of yourself possible in a world that’s sometimes challenging and unfair. Fundamental to your good self-care is setting goals that will allow you to fulfill your core values, developing insights and skills to navigate the difficulties you face and unpacking the role of trauma in your present life.
Integral to your self-care is the generosity you offer to the world around you, most especially to the people you love and to the values that define you. I believe an essential strength we all possess is our sense of humor.
I work with highly reactive individuals and couples on anxiety, depression, bereavement, substance overuse problems and alternative lifestyle issues. I trained for 5 years as a Clinical Associate at The Ackerman Institute working with emotionally reactive couples on containment, more effective communications, boundary setting and celebrating solutions.
I provide professional and personal coaching where we focus on identifying key areas where your current set of skills hold you back from the success you’re otherwise capable of achieving. Coaching sessions are fun, relaxed, and creative.
Finally, I’m a fierce advocate of sex, race and age diversity and equality. I’m committed to making the workplace friendly, empowering, and productive.
My office is located in the West Village/Chelsea area of New York City, adjacent to the Meatpacking District. In addition, I can provide virtual services anywhere in the world. I return all inquiries within 1 business day and can offer you an appointment within 3 business days from your original outreach.
